Mocha Muscle Builder

I like to make this shake on a Saturday, after a workout. I usually still have coffee left over from my Saturday morning breakfast, so it’s a great opportunity to use up the left over coffee.

 Serves 2
1 cup milk
1/3 cup brewed coffee
1 tablespoon natural creamy peanut butter
1 banana
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
Ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
